In the Netherlands, you can only use BOSKA’s service for maintaining the product. We provide service through an external party for all products with a power cord. Send an email to backoffice@boska.com to check your options. Do you live outside of the Netherlands? If so, the distributor from whom you purchased the product is responsible for servicing it. Contact the company where you purchased the machine. They/we will then be able to help you with the maintenance or with ordering parts.
